Welcome to the EDS Self-Service Portal - GreenEmployee!

To access your payroll information, please follow the instructions below:

  • Enter 

  • Select “Create an Account” on the right

  • Enter email and password

  • You will receive an email confirmation

  • Go to your email and click on the link “Continue GreenEmployee account setup”

  • Enter Social Security (NO dashes)

  • Date of Birth (MM/DD/YYYY format)

  • Select to receive text or call for ID code > Account will be verified* (this may take a few minutes to receive)

  • Log in screen will appear

  • Once logged in, you may then download the GreenEmployee app for easier and quicker access!

If you do not receive a text/code, please verify the cell number we have on file for you.

  • Any changes to your personal information should be changed at the branch or corporate level and cannot be done on the GreenEmployee portal.

  •  W-2 information and payroll history not available on the portal may be requested by emailing
